Trying to play Blood 2, and I've got a slight problem. Any weapons I use shake, as though Caleb has Parkinsons disease. Any ideas?

Okay, I've tried making autoexec.cfg read only and adding maxfps 30 to the command line in advanced options, and neither of these work. I can't get the console to come up using tilde for some reason. I think I may just crawl into the corner and weep!
The only thing that limits the framerate is Fraps, and obviously I can't keep that running for the whole game.

Tilde worked for me, but now I have to enter it everytime I run the game. Also have tons of crashing happening. Ugh, wish I had a PC with XP on it still.
Anybody know if GoG has any kind of exchange policy? I've been fighting with Blood 2 all day and am tired of it.

I wish.
I would have returned 3 of my last 6 games if they did.
I would even gift them to someone if I could, since I didnt want to mess with them any further also.

Dude, there's no DRM, remember? Just uninstall the games in question, send the installers to someone else, and pretend the game is not on you account shelf.

Nope.
In there lies a slippery slope.

Ive had similar problems like yours on my game "shogo mad"(uses the same engine as blood 2 and is by the same company) which I own the original cd to. I have no idea how to fix this one if the fps line doesnt work. Dont give up though. You should probably look here (http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact). Btw, configuring these old games to make them work almost perfectly has actually became fun for me. Its just so rewarding XD.

How is that any worse than gifting a boxed copy you purchased at retail?
Is there something I have to add to the command line to get Tilde working?

Sure the button above the TAB and left of 1 doesn't work?
Absolutely sure. Neither does the one above right shift!
Anyone managed to sort this yet?
Another thing that might cause this is the game thinking you're constantly surrounded by explosions, although I wouldn't see why it would do that.

maxfps 70
when i got down to maxfps 60 all was fine !
make sure you leave a space between maxfps 60
& hit enter key to set.
