Is there any way I can map in Blood? I am aware of the MAPEDIT.exe but when I run it, it encounters an "illegal action".
Is there any other Blood map creation program, or some way for MAPEDIT to work?

There is no way to create maps for blood other than mapedit. I believe DosBox is required to get that to run these days.
