I don't know if they can do this legally. Several of Atari's assets are up for sale so maybe I'm wrong?

FALSE ALARM

It looks as though some friends over at Transfusion are having a bit of fun. If you try to purchase any of the games at Ouya you get a link to amazon selling the Ouya console. Clicking that 3d studios leads to nothing but a dead page. Sorry folks, wish I could change the thread title.

Not seeing Zombie Arena, but what he has for Blood is Transfusion 1.0. I wonder if Studio3D just got the wrong idea about what is GPL and what isn't, they could do a fork of the Transfusion code and call it whatever they like but the artwork isn't under GPL. Looks like they are doing that for other titles that have id Software textures as well.
