I cannot control my character with keyboard or controller with DS4, he just keeps swinging his sword, any help would be appreciated.

I am also having this same issue. I cannot control anything and when I press the menu button I'm unable to select if I want to quit or continue.

Seems like it has something to do with the controller being plugged in. Will try without and update.

Seems like it was an issue with my keypad on my keyboard. I still can't get a controller to work with it, but when I hit the NUM LOCK key Kain stopped swinging and I was able to control.
