I have tried reinstalling it with galaxy and without galaxy, but nothing happens. Anyone else got this problem?

I have been experiencing the same issue. I have tried temporarily disable my antivirus shield and the game started. Strange is, that there have not been any message about blocking any process.

That was the case with me also. I had some anti-malware program running which prevented the game from launching. Nasty little "feature", but working fine now :)
