I asked one of the creators a long time ago and he said it would be released here during the same day as the release of the Steam version.

My wishlist is telling me it's on sale and 10% off, yet the listing says it's "coming soon", seems to be a technical problem on GOG's end?

Doesn't seem to be the case, but judging by steam reviews, the game is hot garbage anyway.

Ya I want to support this on GOG instead of Steam, so I'm waiting a bit.

In the official Discord discussion of this game, a problem that affects the GOG version was mentioned. The developers are working on it. The estimated release of the GOG version is Monday.

Just scrolled over some reviews on steam , the usual complaining like "mimimi Elden Ring is better" or "mimimi not a FromSoftware game so it's bad". Can't take these people serious. There are valid complaints about bugs and suboptimal controller support, which - according to the developers - will be addressed starting today.
Still, i think it would have been a better decision to delay the release for some weeks to fix most bugs. But from what I saw in gameplay videos so far I'll definitely support the developers as soon as they release the game on gog.

There was a rumor that the game is not compatible with the GOG overlay ... don't need GOG the overlay.

Unfortunately not. I hoped for a release today. I read on steam that they're planning to patch the steam version game daily now, so maybe it's a matter of resources. I don't mind to wait until gamepads work smoothly, i just hope the game gets released on gog in the not so distant future. Any news would be appreciated.

I was gonna say that with the daily patches, delaying the GOG release probably isn't a bad call. But from what I've seen on the game's Discord server, the devs are waiting on GOG.

Nope but I can't wait... Now that the game has received some pretty good patches I was hoping it could come soon. Hopefully for one of the two long week-end we are going to have here!
