So I was playing the game and reached the Nightclub Row.

Inside the nightclub I talked to that bouncer Hanoi and I tried to go upstairs in the left top corner. He catched me and threw me out of the club and when this happened, the character model for McCoy completely disappeared. I was still able to move and enter buildings or the police car but I was not able to see the character model of McCoy.

I fixed this by flying home to McCoys apartment. When I landed on the roof the character model was visible again and I was able to continue and finish the game without any other bugs. No idea what caused that bug to happen.

Hello, I think I can see parts of the issue (the animation of being thrown out does not play in that case, and clicking is not disabled so McCoy may teleport to the bottom right of the screen) but McCoy ends up visible for me.

Is the invisibility issue repeatable for you? Can you provide a description of your system specs, Operating System and a save game in that case?

My system settings:

OS: Windows 7 (64 Bit)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3,40 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB
RAM: 16 GB DDR3

I don't have any save from that area available anymore since I was able fix it and finish the game. The only saves I have are the autosaves for the different acts and my endgame save before the ending cutscene.

Maybe this bug does happen when you try to get upstairs (top left corner) too often in the first room of the Nightclub and Hanoi throws you out a couple times.

I'll try to fix this soon, at least the parts that I can reproduce as a bug.

As far as I can tell, Hanoi only throws McCoy out once if McCoy tries to enter the room at the top left (Early Q's office). On subsequent attempts McCoy just stops if Hanoi is there (this could be an original bug, or intended)

He definitely threw me out of the club more than once.

That is correct. He can throw McCoy out for a number of reasons.
But only once for persistently trying to get in that room.
