Hi, do you mean that you can't see any photos in there for you to analyze?

Were you able to find any material that would contain such photo clues?

click on the broken camera at Runciter's shop in first Act, after talking to Runciter at least once.

I have this issue, how do I fix it? I've picked everything up / clicked / spoken to everyone up to where you shoot a certain cook.

The esper is just black and click on the screen products noises, but doesn't show anything..

The ESPER will only show pictures if you acquired photos or video discs from a crime (or other) scene.
In Act 1 it's possible to get such a disc from Runciter (you ask him about the broken camera, and he'll give it to you).
If you've missed it and Runciter left his shop, it's still ok, you won't get stuck, but you'll have fewer clues about the suspects and the Esper will be empty in Act 1.
In Act 2 you'll get a disc early on, which you can't miss.

Thanks, for some weird reason I thought you used it to analyse evidence, but I've obtained an image now and I can see how it works.
