The support bot failed hardly when i tried tried to create a bugreport for this so i misuse this forum for bugreporting (presumably just some sort of desperation that i think somone from support is scanning the forums)

what sucks is I just bought blade of darkness and refunded it due to this, yeah I could wait, but I have had this problem before with some games on GOG so...I am going to wait another year so it sucks.
