The ending of this game is a terrible let down.

Was there anyone who had a clear understanding of this story?

It seems like the game designers didn't even care if anything made sense.

What happened to William? How could Samuel have killed William?

Is Samuel really the last of the Gordons? If so, what is the point of breaking the curse for future generations?

I don't think so. Too many plotholes.

The story of the curse continues in BM2 + 3 and both games are - IMO - worth playing.

I looked at Black Mirror 2 and 3 and I just had no interest in playing them. They are radically different than the first one. I guess that is to be expected since they were made many years later.
Spoiler ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes i also found the ending underwelming but English is not my primary language so much of the story passed by me, the only thing i know is that Samuel was the killer, he was possessed by the curse demon and the dreams he was having were just he remenbering the acts itself, then he decided to kill him self because he could not live knowing he killed all that people, even if he add no choice in the matter.
