Is there a possibility to reset your character perks/stats/etc? I've reached 50 lvl in my first playthrough and now i can't gain any new perk points aside cleaning bandit camps (11 perks) and thus i can't take any "new" perks from NG+ mode.

Thanks for the warning. I have a few points unused, so I shall be saving them for NG+. I just assumed it would be the same as, for example Assassin's Creed Valhalla where if you hit the level... power cap of 400, you still get the XP points, but instead of levelling up the points normal way you get Mastery points. I thought in Biomutant it would be similar, you don't get the +10 to some attribute, but you would get the perk point.

Better start reading how to do Biomutant All Bandit Camps Speedrun and maybe at NG+++++++ there's enough points.

I actually have three normal playthroughs going. One melee for light, one dark gunslinger and unarmed psi guy -- probably going to be evenly dark and light. But of course I want one of those characters to be utterly brokenly op at the end where that character has everything. Every. Thing.

In this case i'll better search for trainers or cheat engine tables so i can get this perks without any grind.
There's no any mastery points or anything like this. You still get exp, but it shows something like 50000/12700 and you still at level 50. Maybe the'll fix it in some later patches.

Hm. If that would suffice, you could try Universal UE4 Unlocker (it runs on Unreal Engine 4 so it should work) to get to the console and I am sure there are some console commands that can do that for you.

I think best option would be something like:
PlayerLevel 40
Or whatever command they use to set player level. set.player level 40?

Or:
PlayerAddPerkPoint 20
add.player perkpoint 20

Or:
UnlockAllPerks

I don't know any console commands, but if you google console commands I am sure there's some. If you find one that does any of those I am guessing might be in, that could help you to achieve the end result you want. Maybe not the way you would want, but at least it would get you there.
Just checked if Nexus would have a mod for you but unfortunately, at least for now, there's only visual mods and one skip intro mod.
