I'm glad it was free. If I had paid a penny for it, I would have felt ripped off. My only choices in the game were: walk to a door and get told "it doesn't look like the door had been used in years" or to go down a set of stairs and be shot by a guard who never misses. It's fifteen seconds of blurry graphics. Whooo-hoo!

Perhaps you should have read the manual before quitting at the first screen.

go back to more modern games, you don't have to think for those

Try using your brain next time.

I know exactly how you feel!

I could barely make out my crosshairs or figure out how to throw a grenade, and where the heck is the nav arrow? I mean really what kind of fps shooter is this anyway!

Oh wait...

Are you for real? You must be joking. I mean get shot down by a guard who never misses? This is an adventure game, you are not suppose to go downstairs, that is why he never misses, but i bet you knew this, you just want some reaction, or you are stupid to the point where you need an ipod recording playing the whole day reminding you to breath.

Well, it's not really a thread - it's a review. It's just that they don't show up here until commented on...

Or at least - that's how it used to be.
that's right keep playing Halo, just kidding.
i am really happy with the game, if it wasn't a freeware, maybe i would never have heard of this game.
but maybe you should at least use your brain instead of your reflex like LazyAndroid said.
Beneath a steel sky is a classic, you should be thankful it was free. It has the best story ever, with great art and atmosphere.

The gods of adventure games will poop on your soul for eternity. Be sure and munch down some Ritalin, and try again.

It's a troll, I'm calling it.

Probably, yes.

Can't you lock these threads or alert an admin or something like that?
There's no real reason to keep this thread open as not even the opening post made any constructive criticism.

The "opening post" is a review. The rest are its comments.

Troll review. OR, the guy is genuinely an idiot. I actually prefer the idea that they're a troll, otherwise I've just lost a bit more faith in humanity.
