I found something odd in my playthrough.
Near the beginning, before you witness Reich's death, you meet a worker by the name of Gibson.
By standing on the elevator to the furnace room, you activate an alarm that drives him crazy.
When he goes to stop it, you have a small window of opportunity to rifle through his cupboard.
Along with the wrench you're supposed to get, you can also obtain a sandwich, something I assume is removed later because Gibson eats it for lunch.
After leaving the furnace room, you can talk to the woman, and then confront Lamb.
After telling Lamb that the elevator's down, you can use the sandwich from your inventory.
Text:
Robert: Hey, Lamb...
[They walk torwards eachother]
Robert: Here, have a sandwich.
Lamb: SAUSAGE...my FAVORITE.
At this point, Robert's text reads, "I thought you looked HUNGRY", but a sound file is played saying, "Welcome to the GAP, Robert"
This could be the same sound file used in the introduction of the game.
