i've got the ancor and now i need the rope to make a grapple hook, i've read that the rope is in the reciclyng factory, but i can't find it.
if the rope is supposed to be that red/white pixel thingy it seems that i'm not able to highlight/select it, what now?

Do you remember seeing a red cable on the upper floors?? Have Joe use his welder on it and it will drop down to the next screen below.

Oh i misinterpreted the walktrhough... well thank you for the tip ;)
i kept attempting to combine them by clicking right left, but it's right right.
