I've got a problem in the last puzzle.

We supposed to take the fresh sample and put it into the orifice right?
I tried it many times and nothing happened. Already crash the console and all of that (frozen tank and all.) but it doesn't seem to work.

I noticed that the colour of the tissue changed when I was at the screen when Ken got stuck. So maybe that's the problem? How to keep the tissue fresh?

Sounds like you're not preserving the sample, there's a freezing tank in the same room (IIRC) where you get the sample

Try dropping the tongs with the fresh sample of tissue into the frozen tank.
