Can you try this (turn off Fast Sync):
Right click an empty space on your desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel.
Select Manage 3D Settings.
Select Vertical Sync.
Select the dropdown to the right and select OFF.
Select Apply.
Then Try and let me know.

I realised that game is working fine on integrated Intel GPU, but only 20 FPS on lowest settings :(

Thanks, Can you switch back to the nvidia card - when the game loads quickly hit escape a few times - see if the maiin menu comes up - then select Unity native video under the video settings.
