Any time you knock a an enemy mech down in the 1st Initiative phase it will pretty much stand up immediately. There is no "zero" phase or forcing the mech to wait until next turn. One of my favorite tactics is to force a knockdown on a heavier mech so I can peck it to death. But with this glaring bug I've been faced with knocking a mech down using three mechs only to see the damn thing immediately stand up slim shady style. While players benefit from this bug as well mech knockdown is a core component of play and once you get to Assaults knockdown becomes worthless (unless there are enough mechs around to allow your target to move first).

Also of note, it is possible to knock a mech down with a few of your mechs left to shoot only to see it stand up. A mech should not be allowed to stand up prior to any mech that hasn't fallen in that turn. Even if I force a mech over in the 4th or 3rd initiative phase it shouldn't be allowed to stand up until the next turn so my heavies and assaults aren't penalized. Sure, they are slow, but they aren't that slow.
Not a bug, but it bothers me a bit that when you blow off a mech's leg, it still walks around on 2 legs.

Also it bothers me the way, when you receive fire, the display spins around cinematically, and you often don't get to see the damage numbers for your mechs. Wish there was a combat log you could look at.

There is an "always show combat UI" toggle in the option. This will show the mech "paperdoll" when something gets shot, with hit indication as well. It's not perfect, but it's a step up from the default setting.

Ah? I will try that. Thanks.
