Is there some kind of manual or whatever that goes with this game? I'm kind of figuring things out just by playing, but if possible, I'd like to really understand how the mechanics work before having to find out the hard way. Thanks!

I think there's some other thread that had a kickstarter manual where some mechanics are the same.

There isn't a manual, other than some beta backer one laying around on the net some where.

But really this is probably the best thing you'll get for a manual, and this is actually very detailed. it was created by a developer of the game really explains everything you need to know
