I've read the reviews and they're pretty damning. But it seems to me that it's nothing that couldn't be fixed with a patch or two. So my question to those of you who have the DLC is have the stability and balancing issues introduced by the DLC on release been fixed or not?

Regarding stability for me it neer has been a real big problem, some freezes every now and then, but it works flawless now. Talking about balance fixes is hard with such a stupid AI ;). ECM still is overpowered especially as you can mount a special version on every mech, even a 100t one. But on the good side, AI uses wait and sensorlock way more often, so you cant "cheat" that easy anymore that you wait until all made their turns, then fire and in the next turn are cloaked again.

Thanks for the input. Difficult to know what to make of the stability now though, if you're one of the lucky ones who never had any problems in the first place. But you can't really introduce entirely new tech like that without adjusting the way the game is played. So it's good that they've gone at least some way towards addressing that.
