Don't know what to say other than it's showing up as 10% off for me. I've already sorted it out with support, though.

The discount is only for people owning FTL or Into the Breach.

As someone above said, the discount was for owning Into the Breach (in my case). It took a few days, but they gave me the discount without issue. I guess it just came with very odd timing.
