Anyone know if it's possible to copy the Arkham games' Steam saves or convert them for the GOG versions?

Well, guess I'm answering my own question.

For Origins, Asylum, and City, the saves can simply be copied over from the Steam version.

For Knight, you have to insert the following 4 bytes with a hex editor at the beginning of the Steam version save, and copy the modified file over:
00 10 25 00
Just as addition: Epic savegames made Arkham Assylum crash on the saveslot selection screen.
Most likely also in this case some bytes have to be changed.

Or just move your save to where gog saves it which is what i did abd the game works fine.
I've tried the hex method and I've been getting the "save data from newer version" thing, is there a fix for this? or am I an idiot?
