If you mean Baldur's Gate 2 you must download all three files (an .EXE and two .BIN files) before running setup.

If you mean BG1 check the size of your downloaded file - it should be 1,832,978 KB

If it is BG2, i have also received the dialogue box saying 2 of my file corrupted. Renaming the files to baldurs_gate_complete.exe, baldurs_gate_complete-1.bin and baldurs_gate_complete-2.bin, is the solution. Try and see if it helps if you have problem with BG2 as i am.
