I got the BGT-WeiDU file, version 1.15. But when I run setup-btg.exe I get the message "Unable to find DIALOG.TLK".

Suggestions?

Run the file from your BG2 directory, or direct it to it.

Also just don't put the WeiDu folder in the Baldurs's Gate folder. Take the contents out and put them directly into the BG folder. This was the only way I got it to work.
