I bought Enhanced Edition of Baldur's Gate 1, but I didn't get the key for Original Saga. I refunded it and bought it again, but the same thing happened. What the hell? Is this unavailable anymore?

I basically tells me that the key is depleted. What is going on?

Through your browser (not galaxy) select BGEE > Downloads then More then Serial Keys. (see pic)
It will say Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition, but that is actually the key to add the original version to your library.

I did that. It says key is depleted. I contacted Support and apparently they are getting new keys. We'll see if that will help.

This is seemingly still not working. I tried in August 2022 and get the message "This code is currently being redeemed by someone." when I try to redeem the serial key.

I just tried to do the redeem and received the same message "This code is currently being redeemed...". Can anyone confirm if this problem was fixed or what they did to resolve it.
