Hi, I have installed the Linux (Ubuntu 16.04) version of "Baldur's Gate 2 complete" but I can't seem to get the resolution a bit higher.
I tried to download and use WeiDU for linux but I failed.
I did as per instructions. I downloaded the file and extracted the three files in my $PATH. I then changed directory to my GOG - BG2 installation and tried this:
chris@ubuntu-pc ~/G/Baldurs Gate 2 Complete> tolower
Do you want to lowercase everything?
(run if you extracted some mods since the last time you ran this utility)
[Y]es or [N]o
Y
Do you want to generate linux.ini from baldur.ini?
(needed once per installation)
[Y]es or [N]o
Y
Fatal error: exception Sys_error("/home/chris/.wine/dosdevices: No such file or directory")
I also tried this:
chris@ubuntu-pc ~/G/Baldurs Gate 2 Complete> weinstall widescreen
Error: Failure("ERROR: TP2 file not found.")
Is there any way to increase resolution to something more than the default? I don't mind the windowed mode.
Any help would be appreciated.
