There seems to be an issue with the bonus content for the EEs.
The manual you get in BG2EE is actually a second manual that belongs to BGEE, which you don't get in the BGEE bonus content. Other than that, there's no BG2EE manual to be found anywhere.

It seems that one should be moved from BG2EE to BGEE, and something else added to BG2EE?

Edit: Also, the avatars you get in BG2EE are the ones from BGEE.

Note to GOG - these issues are still not fixed!

Both games should have TWO manuals each. They can at least be found on the official sites -

Baldurs Gate 1 Enhanced Edition - Sword Coast Survival Guide
Baldurs Gate 1 Enhanced Edition - Mastering Melee & Magic

Baldurs Gate 2 Enhanced Edition - Amn Survival Guide
Baldurs Gate 2 Enhanced Edition - Mastering Melee & Magic

Notice the spell listings only go up to Level 5 in the first game, and Level 9 the second game. So having the wrong manual for BG2 is missing half the spells, and then some. (Come on GOG, this is an easy fix!)

As for the avatars, possibly they are supposed to be the same? Might be all we get...
