update; this is an input bug , in other words the game is waiting for you to select an option but someone didn't do their job and give you the Ui to pick from

workaround = force feed the option to the game i.e, press the 1 key on your keyboard or whatever buttion you would normally press to get talk options on your input device... watch the short clip which basically tells you to get the lead out and go on with the game
