Is there no way to change settings?

I just want the game to look a little better on my 1920x1080 monitor.
The res right now make sthings a little blurred, even though it is fullscreen.
Plus my mouse scroll is way too fast.

That is why easy-tutu came along... uses the much improved bg2 engine to play your bg1 game.
