Did not see any other thread so I'll start.

Disappearing items:
PC.Windows10.GoG.offline.build.4.1.83.2651_(64bit)_(41774)
How to reproduce:
1. Mouse over object
2. Click and hold left mouse button (to pick up / move)
3. While holding, press (i) to open inventory
4. Drag item to an inventory slot (a weird sort of question mark appears at the cursor).
A sound fitting for item movement can be heard and the item is gone.

EDIT: Applies to objects that cannot otherwise be picked up. (i.e. Illithid Record and Caustic Bauble)

Minor character creation bugs:

Female elf hairstyle #21 is mislabled. It's shows as "Hair 23" rather than "Hair 21".
Clearly a critical flaw.

Warlocks with The Great Old One as patron does not have a description for the patron feature.

I Charmed Cefney in the Dank Crypt fight and she shocking Graspsed my main character killing him and then next round killed Shadowheart who had charmed her not once attacking the enemy

Next attempt my cleric was shot through a bookcase and wall with 1 shot and killed outright with no line of sight

The starting encounters seem too tough, 2 encounters with 5 lvl 2 mobs when my party of 2 are still lvl 1

When a character is down the enemy keeps hitting him and can knock them into the wall preventing revival as the corpse cannot be seen

Can you guys/girls that are playing already check one thing for me?

Set the Windows OS screen resolution size to 720p and try to run the game, let me know if it works or if you just get a black screen please.

I have a feeling this game does not support 720p. Probably 1080 is minimum. Appreciate the help and feedback.

Originally this game was supposed to be Win10 only.

Edit: I noticed a couple new downloads happened and this time I got a crash report tool. I filled it and about 15 minutes later the game worked. I changed nothing on my side. I guess early access means this sort of things can happen.

Coop player stuck in dialogue with icon. If they start the conversation again then the icon goes away, probably sync issue.

Posting here and on reddit, the bug got me a chuckle -

Ranger's bear cannot walk through the stone archway from Druid's grove to the beach with harpies. Apparently too fat.
But the Jump can help it through.

Intense Rapidly Flashing "Scrambling" Lights Display When Video Crashes During Nautiloid Crash FMV

When I successfully did I had had to do at the helm of the Nautiloid, I sat through about five minutes of loading, then a scene that progressed to a shot of the ship falling. The scene slowed on me while loading, then when the ship crashed/exploded, my visual display crashed--very suddenly exploding into rapidly scrambling very bright alternating colors in a pattern resembling rapidly shifting "Tetris"-like blocks all over the screen.

Is this what they call a strobe effect? It's one of the most painful visual experiences I've encountered, and it's dangerous, people could get seizures this way. This game needs to have a way to shut down the screen when there is a visual crash or tone down what scrambled graphics look like. This was made worse by me not having any idea how to skip the scene.

I went to the options and put every graphic as low as it could go (while the scene was still running). For a time the movie shifted to normal, then smaller sections "scrambled", then the entire screen again. The whole thing lasted at least 3-5 minutes.

COLOUR BUG IN THE MENUES?

Hi guys!

So far I am having fun with this game, but...Did anyone besides me encounter radiant shadows in black and grey layers when your are in the inventory or save game window or any other?

The black is brighter and there is some kind of halo in the menu windows. I checked my display colour settings and they are fine, did not encounter this in any other game so far.

Anyone having the same issues?

Talking to Nadira a second time triggers the same dialogue as the first time. It shouldn't be so, since you already got the coin from her.

I got stuck in a dialogue cutscene. It's in the quest from the cellars under the blighted village. At the end of the cellars there is a book (The Necromancy of Thay). You click on it and a dialogue with the party members starts. Eveyone is telling their opinion about the book. I have with me Lae'zel, Astarion and Wyll. They all say their lines in this order. After Wyll says his line, nothing happens. Game doesn't freeze, but I'm stuck. I've read online that my character shoud make a saving roll there, but it never happens to me. Did this happen to any of you? How did you manage to venture forth?
