The originals were removed and replaced with the "Enhanced" Editions. You do, however, get the original games once you purchase the "Enhanced" Editions. Yeah...

Pick your poison. Pirate the originals if you don't already own them or sell your soul to Beamdog and pay them in order to play decade old games that didn't really need to be "enhanced."

Huh, they don't appear in your library at all? Maybe they're in the Extras sections of the Enhanced Editions?

i got BG 2, icewind dale, and planescape, all of those came with the original version.. BG1? nope

You have to redeem the code found in the enhanced edition 'More >> Serial Keys'. They will show the redemption as enhanced edition but it's not.

Basically what Hickory said, but keep in mind you'll have to use the website (not Galaxy) to find the key.

I'm having the same problem, but with Baldur's Gate 2 Complete.

I managed to redeem Baldur's Gate The Original Saga, but when I try to redeem Baldur's Gate 2 Complete this message is showing up:

"Oops, something went wrong. Please refresh this page and try again. If you're here about code MMLXXVII, please be aware that it is invalid and not part of an official promotion."

What should I do?

click on downloads, then click on more, then click on serial keys, you will see a html address to redeem the original non EE version of the game. just copy and paste that address into your web browser
