So far most of the quest givers in this city is offering me quests that requires me to do bad things, they seem hesitant when they offered me a quest. So are most of the side quests in this City requires evil acts?

In your opinion which of the TOTSC quest is from easiest to hardest?
Quests in Ulgoth's Beard or Durlag's Tower, which is easier/harder?

If you mean the Ice Island, talk to Shandalar in Ulgoth's Beard.

Well done for sticking with it, but you haven't beaten the game yet: the worst is yet to come... but you'll do it. ;)

Oh no, I couldn't do that. Seriously, it would totally spoil the whole concept of Durlag's Tower. Don't skip rooms; don't rush; examine everything; take notes if you must, but you will gain a far greater sense of achievement if you do it without being told how. It isn't that difficult really, because there are clues everywhere. Stick at it, and you'll feel a buzz when you finally succeed.
