Bought the game in Larians Merch store 18th of december and have yet to reciever neither the courier tracking number or the game itself. Larian isnt answering any of my emails or customer support notes Ive sent them. Even tried through twitter but with no luck.
How should I proceed?

Quite weird that they havent been able to answer ANY of the polite emails Ive sent the last month. What kind of customer service is this?

That sounds annoying - have you contacted Larian directly via their own forums?

GOG doesn't seem to care what is posted in the forums here, so I'm afraid this will not generate any meaningful attention.

I have the impression that Larian, for all the good heart they have, got a bit overwhelmed with the success of the game. Too many mistakes being made on their end.
