Loads for 15 seconds then "No lobbies found" in Multiplayer.

Everytime

Has ANYONE on GOG got the Multiplayer lobby-list to work? (feel free to screenshot).

What's odd is I've seen a few during the early access phase. Figured it would be up and running by now.

I'm going to take a guess and say there is probably just no one hosting a lobby game. Last night around midnight I saw 1 lobby that had 2 players in it and was full (since they only had 2 players max listed) but this morning I don't see any. Since I only saw 1 lobby game last night it makes me think people are either not playing public lobby games (opting for direct connect instead) or maybe people are just mostly playing by themselves.

NATPunch usually means you have UPnP disabled in your router or your router is set to NAT Strict Mode. Be sure UPnP is enabled and your NAT is not in strict mode (will be an option usually in your firewall settings or your advanced settings in your router). That should fix the problem.

oh i know the thing is UPnP is enabled and NAT is not strict and other larian games like divinity 1 and 2 work fine with this feature even on EA i played with a friend with direct connect now on full release is just giving this error only partial fix i found was using hamachi but the lag is terrrible

I have once seen lobbies show up.

I think the issue is one of server side load or misconfiguration.

If you check under you install folder you can see a network log.

Baldurs Gate 3\bin

In there I can a whole load of IO failures getting the lobby list
"IO Failure while trying to get Galaxy lobby list"

I should add this was once I enabled UPNP on my router, but after a refresh all the lobbies were gone again.
So it looks like UPNP does not affect the whether you get lobbies or not.

Also I've seen people say to turn secure mode upnp off, that would be ridiculous if that what was stopping it working.

secure mode just stop random devices on your network nat punching connection to other devices.

Ok the game just got updated and at least for me i can see lobbies now but i cant confirm yet if direct connect is still showing nat punch errors
The patchnotes specifically mention network scalability and additional servers, so it was on Larian's side.

i did some further testing but still getting the same nat punch 66 error with direct connect public lobbies are working fine

This will sound stupid at first, but you can refresh your NAT by hosting a room and then immediately closing it. Worked for me, at least.
