Hi there,

I'm from germany and bought it on Feb. 20, 2023. I created a Larian account on the first start of the game on that day.
The free upgrade is not yet in my library. I wonder if it ever will. I submitted a ticket one day after release, but got no answer yet.

No one from us get's an answer. The Tickets were directly marek as solved and that you should claim these Items from your Traverler's chest in your Camp. How ridiciolus
I finally got response from gog support but told me to do what I already did and said it’s not working. I responded also with link to this thread to show that there are many ppl still with this issue. Hopefully they fully now recognize the issue.

They said that the website should’ve already gave dlc and gave me link to use but no dice and try to exit out gog galaxy entirely and re login into client. I know we all tried this method but I hope that my reply makes them see what’s going on.

alcaray: You only get the free upgrade to deluxe if you bought during EA so if you go to Steam, you will have to pay extra. If you stay with GOG, eventually you will get it for free. But go on and do what you want.

When they told you "if you were entitled to it you would get it, and asked you to be patient", that was not-silent.

Yerp, pretty much this. Told me to do stuff i had already done, patted themselves on the back and called it a day. Problem still hasn't been solved :/

Learn to criticize things you do like, otherwise you will always accept any sh*t treatment or service. First you tried to say we were spreading fake rumours that they weren't working on Friday, which basically meant you totally lost the sarcasm and irony of the situation where they didn't say anything but posted at their TT account they weren't working only playing, now you come here trying to DEFEND this pathetic reply they gave saying that IF WE ARE ENTITLED, of course everyone here is entitled, whoever bought the game AFTER the release probably didn't even know the EA existed or that it gave us deluxe edition. Are you even waiting for your Deluxe Edition version or you are just here trying to be a Paladin of GOG while playing your nice Deluxe Edition?

I just find it very interesting how people who got what they were entitled to loves to come here trying to protect A COMPANY that is providing a terrible service and an even worse experience, if you think they are not being "silent" with a single answer back to Thursday that states we would receive it "pretty soon" and then it's 4 days later and they are just closing the tickets and didn't acknowledge they made a clear mistake then I'm sorry for you and those who depends on you for fighting for your rights, maybe you are too used to bad services and accepts everything it's given to you.
