I bought it twice both during early access GoG. One copy received it, and another didn't. I think it's on GoG and not Larion.

Yes, it is definetly on GOG and not Larian, the thing is being the company Larian is, they might have a better way to contact GOG that is why we reach out to Larian.

Curious - did you register a larian account? If so, did you register one for both games?

I'm reading their official post: "if you meet the requirements the upgrade will be granted very soon." Based on what I understand from Larian, "meet the requirements" means purchased the game in EA.

I wonder if GOG has a different version of "meet the requirements." I'm trying to spot a pattern for who got the upgrade vs who didn't.

There are lots on here who said they bought it in October or November 2020 and don't have it, so it could be purchase date. I have no data on people's location, but I'm in the US and don't have it, so that's 1 data point. I also did not create a Larian account until after the full release, though I'm not sure why that would affect anything GOG does (I doubt GOG cares, or even knows, if I made a Larian account or not... or when). I'm just looking for some semblance of a pattern here.

To give you another data point: I bought the EA a few years ago. I do not use Galaxy. I have never had a Larian account. I received the DLC (in the offline files attached to my GOG account) as quickly as they put the offline files up.

I bought it in Dec 2020

I do not think it has anything to do with the Larian account, as it is relevant because the check has to come from gog. What I mean is, the distribution of the "purchasable upgrade" should undergo a check for validity, which in this case is bought before Aug 3rd 2023 and that has to go from GOG and not Larian.
I gave up, requested a refund today. It's so sad, Larian made such a good game, but this whole situation took from my experience. I started to think more about when will I get that upgrade rather than what to do next in my playthrough. Will probably rebuy in the future, but not on gog

I am very close to doing the exact same thing, giving it a week then if not will follow through with it.
It sounds silly but would rather refund then rebuy through steam and then pay extra to get the deluxe anyway.

Requesting a refund because you didn’t get additional content yet? Come on, it’s weekend. They clearly have some technical issues, this game is massive right now. I’m sure they’ll solve it asap.

Bit late for ASAP

I mean - the game was released on Thursday afternoon (5pm their time), offering them one day only to solve any major tech issues (including uploading the Hotfix being their top priority). Three years in EA, and now one day for additional stuff becomes a no-go issue? Meh.

No the reason for refunding is the way GOG is treating us. There is clearly an issue with their automated system and they are not adressing it at all. Furthermore they are ignoring any tickets and not giving any statement. This is not how you treat customers and if it's the weekend that is on them and they should have solved it before hand, but probably the whole office took friday off anyway to play some BG3.

It's just annoying that they are letting a part of players just hand there without any communication.

you believe they don't work on weekends? like there is a server crash on friday, and they wait for the guy to be back in office on monday?

Clownski_: Deluxe Edition content will be available as soon as our system synchronizes. Should be happening in a moment. Thank you for your patience!
Sunday Morning and still Digital Deluxe for Early Access Since 2020.

That’s apples and oranges: issues possibly handled by different people, different teams. Have a great weekend.
