Isn't this a free upgrade? Larian is offering something that they didn't need to. What does it matter if it takes an hour or a month to come through. The Deluxe Edition doesn't impact the core game at all. I don't have it, i got EA the day it was available and couldn't care less about it as it only changes the way my dice look and gives me some songs. Talk about making a mountain out of a ant hill.

What I wanted at least was the artbook and the soundtrack. Only takes me 3 hours. to get it "Free" from another source. Instead of waiting for this ignorant company who doesn't even bother to comment and jerk off about how much money he made from this deal

Well its not exactly a "free" upgrade out of the goodness of their hearts. It was an incentive to people buying early; "buy early get this bonus". So when it turns out that promise was not delivered on, be it by GOG or Larian, it just leaves a sour feeling, at least for me.

I just bought the game this week and I played like 4 hours only. If the situation doesn't come to a close, I will ask for a refund and buy the game in the other store when came to some small discount, so I can buy the deluxe by the same amount of money. There is so many games out there siting in my library and this was the very first time I buy a game at the launch just to avoid the bugs and I think full price is always too much for me. Hell. I still playing Shadow of Tomb Raider (Thanks to Epic) and in my very own first gameplay of Witcher 3. Hell 2. The Buccaneers are playing with their deluxe stuffs and me, who paid, I'm not. After the Gog Witcher 3 serial key that came with mine gtx 970, my ideia was to let my big RPGs in GOG because "dRm-FrE-e" and "oWnInG tHe GaMe" but in fact I don't own them either.

SO I just did a support ticket and the moment it shows up it states its solved. Looks like they got some sort of bot just marking stuff automatically as solved. This is getting ridiculous man.

Since there's no official statement other than "it will be resolved soon", what if we purchase the dlc, and immediately after make a refund request? That way, in theory they should not get around to refunding the dlc prior to fixing the issue and we therefore get to use it prior to finishing our run. Then if we do not receive the refund, while keeping the product, we simply stop using the service.

Same thing for me, this whole situation is a joke honestly. This upgrade was main thing why I bought BG3 during EA and now 0 response from gog. Buying here was a mistake, I could've bought it on steam
