I also opened a ticket by gog support on launch evening. No response. For me It looks like they fixed the problem for maybe 90% and the rest mainly early buyers are ignored. Forgotten. Or has someone received the DLC after let´s say 20 hours? The „support“ is horrible and the silence from gog is annoying. So i think i will buy the DLC (hopefully i can download it) and never ever return to gog store again. Steam my only friend

I am also seriously considering this, but I do not see the point. This is ridiculous and disgraceful.... from GOG. I don't know I am kinda exhausted and disappointed
So as a last resort I have opened a thread in the Larian discord maybe we can get attention towards the issue if we flood it!?!?!

one question. How did you noticed the ticket is solved? Did you get an eMail? I found nothing where I can see the status of a GOG support ticket

It threw it up in my browser after submitting the ticket saying it had been solved Was assined to someone called firek

Hi M3Toxi,

the point is I'm wasting time looking in Forums and opening Support Tickets at a company that doesn't care. And I#m not playing BG3. In my opinion nothing will change about the status. GOG has a problem in their database or whatever and they probably must solve the problem manually and a manager decided that's too expensive.Llet's ignore the problem. After a few days they 'll stop complaining. The only thing I can do against such a behavior is never to buy something again in such a company. I'll waited 24 years for BG3 (yes I'm old :-) ) I have no patience left

If you take a look in your install directory (mine is GOG Games/Baldurs gate 3/, but Galaxy users will have it probably somewhere else), can you see a DigitalDeluxe folder and within that the Art Book (PDF), OST directory and Character Sheets directory?

If so, the Digital DeLuxe version is installed, and you can access extra stuff at some level at the camping spot. There is no indication that DLC is installed in the launcher as far as I can see.

If all of this is not present, then there is indeed a problem that have to be solved by GOG...

Yeah - That sucks. I hope you get that solved soon. I really feel for you. Especially because it looks it's account related. In my (off-line) download folder all that stuff is present (except the missing latest version update). It's messy to say the least.

I wish you good luck with solving the problem with GOG/Larian.
Just another person on the list of people waiting to get what they paid for.
I have tried absolutely everything and was so close to buying on steam but I support what gog offer. I would say "let down" is an understatement right now and it has tainted my experience in starting this game.

this is rediculous. I contacted support yesterday but didn't get a reply yet... and from what I am reading here I probably never will. Guess this is what you get from wanting to support the "smaller" companies. You can say what you want about Steam, but stuff like that doesn't happen there. And if it does, they fix it. Long story short, if this will not get solved this will have been my last purchase with GOG.
Submitted a ticket too yesterday evening
So far nothing happened, maybe they closed it too. I got no notification of it being solved...

I got other things to do than wait for this, so I will do them and be pissed. If this is still the case when I actually want to play the game and got time on my hands, I will consider buying the DDE.
However I will then not again buy anything from GoG that I can get elsewhere
