the problem is that a lot of us done that and still don't work and GOG is shunting-down any tickets on the matter
So i put in a ticket almost 24 hours ago! They haven't gotten back to me. When i try to look at my ticket i get this on

I really dont understand why we dont have any statement from GoG yet.

GeorgesKV: I don't know what's been so hard to understand here, everyone who bought the EA version would receive a free upgrade to Deluxe Edition, this means the system needs to do an automatic check and see if the game was bought previously to X and then give the upgrade for free, as any other system it has the possibility of glitching and that's what's happening, for some reason, Bahamut knows what reason it is, some people are not receiving the free upgrade because the automatic process isn't working for them. Of course, we are sure we should receive the upgrade, of course we tested everything, this is something Gog team needs to resolve, and they are taking a lot of time to do it.

Wrong, I only installed via GoG Galaxy. Even the latest Galaxy version.
Didn't work.
Also no previous install that could have cause issues.

Not sure what went wrong there....

Yea i knew about this one but it says nothing.. it could mean next month, next year anything.

GoG just keeps automatically closing all tickets with no response.

I don't see myself purchasing through gog anymore, the no-DRM is great, but this support is terrible. Probably by my 2nd play through we will have received the deluxe edition.
Yes the support is awful. But if you request a refund they contact you immediately.But i think also it was the last time i bought a game here, because they dont response because this problem in the Forum
