Still no free deluxe edition upgrade despite purchasing the game on October 7th 2020. It doesn't appear in my DLC's for BG3, and there's no option to get an offline installer for the DLC, either.

The worst part is that it's been more than 24 hours since release and the only official acknowledgment they made is that they are sync and eventually everyone will get, but how long?? I've opened a ticket about 1 hour after release and still no response there, they should start adding it manually.

Just ridiculous...not fun AT ALL starting the game when you know it's not where it should be!

They could just hand out a 10 gift card instead and we buy the thing...

Yeah to be honest it is frustrating me a bit as well. Mainly for the fact that Larian just teased us with it and now gog failed to deliver on some people. It seems the only ones really suffering from it are the early adopters cause I mainly saw complains of ppl that bought it in 2020

Gamemaron: For the offline-installer the Digital Deluxe Edition can be found if you scroll down all the way.
You'll find a file named "Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade - Baldur's Gate 3 - Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade (Teil 1 von 2)" with the version "Release - v4.1.1.3622274" there. It's 2,8GB in size
Can be simply downloaded from there then
Does this link include the in-game items? It appears to just be the Wallpapers, soundtracks, etc.

Sir - There are clearly some of us that didn't get included in this synchronization. I don't want to flood support with a bunch of tickets if we're still waiting for your system to synchronize, but I suspect many of us who purchased EA are in some kind of edge case where we weren't included in whatever synchronization is supposed to happen.

Are you still working this, or should we be filing support tickets?

Opened a ticket hours ago, still no content.
I was a bit supporter of GOG until now, think it's far more comfortable than steam, but with this issue I'll probably never purchase anything on this platform again.
This delay is unacceptable for a game we've been waiting 20 years for, and three years since the early access. The people who were loyal enough to buy the EA first should be the ones given the MOST attention and problem-free experience. Instead, we are taught not to buy early access games.

JClosed: I checked while typing this, and for me all the files are there. When I look at the game page itself, the DLC has a little grey checkmark in the left hand corner, so it's marked as purchased (I guess).

Are you sure you purchased this game BEFORE the launch of the full version? If not, then you are out of luck and have to purchase the DLC separately.

Well - This is all I can do. I am afraid you have to contact GOG for that I guess. That's not great indeed!

GeorgesKV: I don't know what's been so hard to understand here, everyone who bought the EA version would receive a free upgrade to Deluxe Edition, this means the system needs to do an automatic check and see if the game was bought previously to X and then give the upgrade for free, as any other system it has the possibility of glitching and that's what's happening, for some reason, Bahamut knows what reason it is, some people are not receiving the free upgrade because the automatic process isn't working for them. Of course, we are sure we should receive the upgrade, of course we tested everything, this is something Gog team needs to resolve, and they are taking a lot of time to do it.
I think the reason is following:
Game-installations from the download-versions don´t receive any automatic updates.
For this purpose, you´ll need a installation within Galaxy, right?

Still no deluxe upgrade within Galaxy client. Sent tickets to support site but closed by GOG support immediately. Any thoughts?
