Mine is listed a deluxe
I go to store page and it shows as in my library. This has happened before though on Gog to me .

Same issue for me, no access to the Digital Deluxe Edition even one day later. Very disappointing.

JClosed: Just an idea, but if you go to your game library on this website, you can download the off-line Deluxe Edition upgrade installers. They are the two files at the bottom of the download page.

It would not surprise me if you can use those installers to upgrade your on-line installed game. If the installer cannot find your game directory, you can point to that one in the installer front end.

When the on-line update drops, it probably overwrite those files, but then you have the upgrade "officially" installed using Galaxy.
That doesn't work, because the system thinks we need to buy the deluxe ediiton so we don't have the installer either offline or online.

Saleerian: Update from GoG would be appreciated. Seems like steam users don't have the same issue.
Yup, I'm speechless on how GOG still haven't solved the issue, they've been saying their system is syncing since yesterday 1 hour after release I mean…

But on the other hand it seems Steam users are facing an issue when saving, some kind of sync with Larian cloud, me and my bf lost 3 hours of gameplay yesterday because of that, my solo run had no issue to save, so seems each company has its sync issues lol

azhure_azh: Those don't show in my library, or else I'd have tried that. I've looked in all the places they are supposedly available and so far the only place I can get it is by purchasing it. Hopefully this is a solution that can work for someone else.
Strange - But that's maybe because I only use the off-line installers that I download from the GOG website. I avoid using Galaxy, because of these problems you guy's are wrestling with.

Personally I always log in (or stay logged in) to the GOG website. I go to my game library (using the menu under my account name and click "Games"), click on the game (wait a while until it's fully loaded) and go to "Download Offline Backup Game Installers (ignore the blue "Download And Install Now" button because that only launches Galaxy, and that's something you want to avoid), and download all off-line installer files (there are 28 parts at this moment). Keep in mind there are also EA patches you can ignore totally. Then I scroll downwards to the DLC installers, and download and install the two Digital DeLuxe Edition Upgrade files.

I have no idea why you guy's don't see those files. Keep in mind that you must NOT look in the Galaxy client screens, but on the REAL actual GOG website itself.

I have looked in the main website and the DLC doesn't show up as it should. Digitial Deluxe still shows as something I have to purchase even on the website version account area. So yeah Its not working as intended for a lot of ppl.
I didn't get the deluxe upgrade as well...
Almost 24 hours since installing BG3 and I still haven't gotten the deluxe version and I bought the game 3 years ago

I checked while typing this, and for me all the files are there. When I look at the game page itself, the DLC has a little grey checkmark in the left hand corner, so it's marked as purchased (I guess).

Are you sure you purchased this game BEFORE the launch of the full version? If not, then you are out of luck and have to purchase the DLC separately.

Well - This is all I can do. I am afraid you have to contact GOG for that I guess. That's not great indeed!

Yes, I am sure that I bought the game 3 years ago, more precisely on October 7, 2020

I don't know what's been so hard to understand here, everyone who bought the EA version would receive a free upgrade to Deluxe Edition, this means the system needs to do an automatic check and see if the game was bought previously to X and then give the upgrade for free, as any other system it has the possibility of glitching and that's what's happening, for some reason, Bahamut knows what reason it is, some people are not receiving the free upgrade because the automatic process isn't working for them. Of course, we are sure we should receive the upgrade, of course we tested everything, this is something Gog team needs to resolve, and they are taking a lot of time to do it.
Still don't have it either! -_-
