What class combo is your character, anyway ? You show her in medium armor, light armor, and yet from the combat log she's clearly at least part Storm Sorcerer.

Maybe Tempest Cleric with Storm Sorcerer ?!

P.s.: Found it on the net, for example here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4fpAhtm5xo

For those who dont like to watch videos:

Basically start as Storm Sorcerer (for CON Saves, so concentration stays best), get 2 levels of Tempest Cleric, get 1 level of Wizard (this class taken last, so scrolls and items use INT), then the rest all Sorcerer levels, for as many Sorcery points as possible.

Pump INT like crazy (start at 16 and get it to 20) and use Sorcerer and Cleric spells only for support stuff without saves or attack rolls.

You can then use lightning spells for crazy peak damage. Quickened Create Water to make opponents wet to double damage, then upcast the usually poor spell Witch Bolt, then use Tempest Cleric to assert maximum spell damage (Thus 6d12 for a level 6 Witch Bolt turns into 72 damage), and if you can also make sure theres a critical hit (for example if you stun the opponent) thats again double damage, and of course you can also twin the spell to deal this damage on two opponents, and you can hasten your character to get two such spells out in a single round, or you could back then when that video was made, I think they did something to haste ?

Drawback is this character spends both feats on +2 Intelligence, so there is no fun with any extra functionality, or even just the basics like War Caster.

You will also only have 6 wizard spells readied at any point, from 1 level of Wizard and Int 20.

Also opponents who are immune to lightning damage will completely nulify this build, and battles with lots of opponents wont be going too great either, though the later is pretty normal for spellcasters.

her class mix is Tempus cleric 2, wizard 1 and storm sorcercer rest.... she started as cleric so gets all weapons [hand crossbows to be able to shoot as bonus action] then Wizard to unlock learning from scrolls and finally sorcercer as that makes charisma her casting stat and she can easy be the face of the party

the intel head piece from orgres is temp used for tests that require intel [really only the shadow test] so 8 intel is all i need for most of the game and the rest of the time she tends to wear a heavy helmat for crit defence

yes for the early game she has armour and shield for defence but there are two very good armours in act 1 that give bonus lightning damage, one is medium defence i.e, they hit you and take lightning damage or the other is no armour with attack bonus to lightning spells so she wears less armour as she levels up but does massive amounts of lightning damage once every short rest for stress free boss battles ;)

Minthara bugged out so i restarted as a dark dwarf [fallen] paladin 1, druid rest
he is more a jack of all trades type character but very good against undead and walk cake wall act 2 with 17 wisdom and 15 con the bear can tank first 4 levels with ease then i like to set ambushes

Um Tempus and War Clerics get martial weapons, always, because they get it from the domain and not the class. Same with heavy armor.

P.s.: To be more verbose the domains Life, Nature, Tempest and War all grant Heavy Armor; Tempest and War also grant Martial Weapons.

The other option to get Heavy Armor though a multiclass is going Ranger and picking the Favored Enemy "Ranger Knight", which also grants Proficiency in History.

Those are AFAIK all options to get Heavy Armor proficiency through a multiclass. In all five cases we dont get it through the class itself, but through an option of the class that we explicitly pick, and thus the limitation that no class in general will give us the Heavy Armor Proficiency is overcome.

I would argue that the Sorcerer saves are the best for a pure spellcaster (only option to get Con Save for concentration spells), even if Wis Saves are more "stylish", and thus if given the choice I would always start as Sorcerer.

I dont really get the point of getting a single level of Wizard just to "unlock learning from scrolls". Sure you would do that, but any spells who need DC or Attack will be quite weak since they operate on Int instead of Cha, plus you wont have many Wizard spells prepared at the same time either. Thats why on such a build I would aggressively push for Int 20 ASAP, probably by taking Int +2 on level 4 or 8 and by getting that special item that allows to raise a stat by 1.

Btw really funny: if you play a Wizard / Cleric of Tempus Domain, started as Wizard, you get martial weapons ... but not simple weapons. LOL !
