I followed what you wrote here and it worked.

1. quit Gog Galaxy
2. Delete the word ".download" from "Game.pak.download" in the data folder
3. Delete "Game.pak.state" in the data folder
4. Start GOG Galaxy.

On my PC, this completes the installation!

VERY GOOD
The marked answer is not a true fix. This only tricks the launcher to think the download was indeed complete. The game launches, however as many has said before, this will eventually result in the game crashing because there are missing files.

Verify/repair will try to download the missing files (1.31GB), this update will also get stuck at the end (more specifically at 91.4%)
Can confirm that using a VPN to download through the United States will fetch the last files with no issues. Which might indicate an issue that only affects European users (at least that is the location I can myself confirm has issues).

So for those who have done the marked solution and have a VPN, you should be able to complete verify/repair while connected to an American server.

Just a note... when doing the verify/repair function, it might look as if it is stuck when it checks your local files, because it says "Updating 0%" for this whole process. Give it some time, it will eventually continue on to downloading.

I did so, when the installation stopped at 92%, I turned off gog galaxy and restarted the router and the computer after restarting it showed that the game is ready and I just started and play

VPN might be what makes it work, I'm in the US and cant download the game fully via galaxy or have it verify. :/

Install .NET Desktop Runtime 6.0.21 from microsoft and relaunch GOG Galaxy. Either launch Larian launcher from Baldur's Gate 3 installation folder and follow the prompt or click through this link for windows x64 https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.21-windows-x64-installer

I don't know about you but I don't seem to make it work !
I got this same reply from them as well, I realize they're apparently still having storage outage issues but it leaves a bit of a sour taste in my mouth when they say it should be resolved by now. I was still polite though, not customer service departments fault.
The problem is not solved i have this problem now i c ant dl more than 92% i need help pls i buy baldur gate 3 60euros i want play please
Still a problem. Solve it ASAP please, GOG. I got it working using the above guide.

That's a standard reply you get from support atm. I have got exactly the same message for my current ticket (not BG3 related).

For me it seem that GOG support is not able to handle tickets atm.

If you download BG3 installer files with Galaxy, you will not get all the parts; related to this 92% problem? Download the installer files with browser and install from those.
