Go to game page. Go to the two bar button next to the play button, click manage then verify (this should initiate the hot fix). Next, go back to the same menu. Go to manage installation, click over to DLC then click OK. Your items will be in the traveller's chest at camp and you have to wait for a dice roll to re skin your dice. I'm assuming your expanded song list will appear when you play an instrument bur I don't have anyone proficienct to verify that.

Did you check your traveler's chest? My game doesn't say dde but my items were there. Maybe verify again after the dlc downloads? Good luck.
