Can you provide more details?

When using the offline installer/patches, you need ALL the patches installed in order. If you missed a patch or skipped a patch, it would give an error stating the patch is not compatible.

For example, if you have patch 1,2 & 3. If you install patch 1 and try to install patch 3. You would get an error because patch 2 was not installed.

Thanks for your reply. Last week I downloaded the whole game ("setup_baldurs_gate_3_release_-_v4.1.1.4079877_(64bit)_(69402)") again, because of the same issue. This week I tried to patch that version ("patch_baldurs_gate_3_Release_-_v4.1.1.4079877_(69402)_to_Release_-_v4.1.1.4145012_-_Patch_Patch5_Hotfix2_(69 542)") and got the error message "patch not compatible with my version"... it's not the first time this happens and it is fucking annoying to download the whole game again and again and again to get the latest version without galaxy...

Yea, that is frustrating for sure. That patch should have worked. It is the correct order.
If you boot up the game, where you get to the menu screen on the bottom right, what is the version number of game?
The only thing I can think of now is to try re-downloading the same patch again, the exe and bin file.
