redglyph: You can see the location of the files in the last update from Larian: %LocalAppData%\Larian Studios (just copy / paste that in the explorer if you're unfamiliar with those Windows locations).

sonofkyuss2401: I was referring to this note from the support article:
"Note: simply deleting the game’s save folder may create conflicts when either Steam Cloud or Larian Cloud re-downloads the save files."

I've deleted the files manually, not through the 'Delete Campaign' in-game option (since I uninstalled the Early Access already). So while I deleted my local files, I was wondering if the Larian cloud save files still exist and if they will be re-downloaded when the final release gets installed. And if that will create any conflicts.
I mixed things up, sorry. The usual method is disabling the cloud saves, deleting the files, and then enabling the cloud saves again. I doubt that it should be a problem, though. In the worst case, if the location is still the same with the release version, you should be able to delete them from the game again.
It started 105GB

Varden997: It's past relese time now. Can someone download?

It shows only 69gig for me which is early access
Force Galaxy to check for updates, or launch it again. It probably doesn't refresh its data very often.
When pressing install, it is showing 105.5GB to download, is it the release version?
12:11 AM JST :(
After 3 years of development Larian is not able to make release in time.
Restart your GoG Galaxy Client, that works for me.

steviez: Uhm, where is the released game? It's past 8AM. Still shows as in DEV.
Restart Galaxy. You often have to do the same with Steam too, before anyone complains about GOG.

If you're insisting on using offline installers for a brand new game that will get a hundred patches though, can't help you there. I think those are usually delayed a bit.
It's downloading now. Try restarting GOG Galaxy just in case to make sure it updates the version to download. Have fun!

yup restart gog galaxy it should work..... It helped me at least :)
The offline Files are from the early access :((

I dont wont to use GoG Galaxy
Still no off-line installers. All are EA...

The reason I buy my games on GOG, was because I want off-line installers and don't have to use a client like the Steam client. That was in the past I guess, because no GOG ALSO has a client, and the neglect the of-line installers, that get second class treatment.

I seriously starting to ask myself if there is still any difference between Steam and GOG. They both force you to use clients to get your games on time, of let you wait to give the off-line stuff as an afterthought. For how long I have to wait? Nobody knows...

Arachnarok_Rider: 5.05 PM in CEST and GOG still hasn't gotten the god damn memo.

Fucking brilliant.

benji83: Thats not the Problem. The missing Communication is.

I dont want to spend the next 1-6 hours pressing f5 on the store page. i want to waste them in character creation
I agree.

But it is still pissing me right off that GOG has known in advance what the release time is, they haven't made any sort of preload possible, and at release time I still can't hit that download button.

And obviously it doesn't help that not a single soul from GOG could be bothered to tell people that the application cache is badly designed and has to be refreshed manually.

Someone from GOG could have said that in bold letters, "RESTART YOUR CLIENT AT 5 PM CEST TO DOWNLOAD!!", and everybody would know and things would be pretty smooth.

But that would be a user service and who can be arsed to do that in 2023?
Yep - Still waiting here. How does it feel to be a second class, when galaxy users get priority?

To be fair, they have mentioned in advance that their offline installer won't be available until a few hours after release.
does the Mac version also have size of 100GB+? it's still saying "73 GB download" on my Mac.
