ussnorway: after each patch you sometimes see things that don't look right... this is because the game [really its your Gpu] makes it up on the fly as you play the game but it only has to do this the first time so most glitches can be removed by loading an early save and redoing the part

outfits not working, doors being open/ shut and fire on the ground are all examples of this
