Hi I recently got this game on the fall sale and I've been enjoying very much. I saw my cousin play it when we were yong and never could get my hands on it. Well that have changed now! Thank you GoG! But sometimes at saving or loading I get the title error message. Can anyone help me with this issue?
Just some basic info: Im playing on windows 8.1, no problem running the game in it. Quicktime was uninstalled as it seemed unnecessary, and it actually made no difference, game run just as smooth without it, problem was ocurring even with quicktime. I enabled the 640x480 compatibility option as it show up in a really small screen without it. Also tried running as administrator, no diference.

Random crashes are the worst :-/
When you start the game with \Bad Mojo\launcher.exe you shouldn't get a small screen, that only happens when you start it with \Bad Mojo\BADMOJO.EXE

Try launcher.exe and don't use any compatibility setting.

Well, the radom crashing error still occur, but that fix made the screen grow a little bit, still doesn't reach fullscreen (im on 1920x1080 monitor). But running on launcher seems to be a more apropriate way on running the game, somehow the game seems better IMO. Thanks for your help anyway, if no other solution is presented i'll mark your answer as the solution.

Just found out something else. Whenever I alt+tab I get this message: " 'gencfg.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" in a command prompt window

I should have searched more, I found another threat on this forum, which initially I didn't pay attention to: "Problems with saving progress?". Some solutions are presented there. I'll try it, if it doesn't work ill post it.

Though it doesn't look like they've been able to solve it yet either.
I don't think reinstalling DirectX will make a difference, but neither does it hurt. So here are the links:

Don't worry about the "'gencfg.bat' is not recognized" message.
There's a little batch file that tries to run gencfg.bat when starting the game. Everybody gets this message, as gencfg.bat simply isn't there. Probably gencfg.bat was obsolete at a certain point and they just forgot to delete the call on game start.
