Huff: I am trying to level my Shaman skills but seem to be missing something

I have 2 points available and am trying to raise Healing Touch (already have one point in it)

I have one point in Hardiness and Call Wolf (the skills leading up to it)

When I try to raise Healing Touch it says I have to increase the skills leading up to it.

Do i have to raise them all equally (stopping me from pumping up Healing Touch)?
