YouTube is weird sometimes, I can confirm the video does indeed play.
The tinkermage is the best melee class in my opinion. Blademasters usually rely on melee and missile to fight against both melee enemies and enemies away. Shadowalkers are masters of deception and good at melee and ranged but again if you stick with one its better.

With tinkermage, activate your turret in combat and let enemies come to fall on your blade. Put points into strength and endurance and wear dexterity equipment and enhancements and you will be a little vulnerable to magic attacks but deadly in melee and taking hits.

Hmm...I've been pumping dexterity, I want to try a ranged Tinkermage... is that not as effective?

No its just as effective even moreso. I am just listing the builds that work. For Melee, go with strength and endurance and dexterity equipment/enchantments.

For Ranged attacker for all ranged attacker builds go with dexterity and endurance and enchant equipment with dexterity. You will be powerful. If you want to make that character more deadly, use a shield that gives either high parry or high critical chance. It doesn't matter whatever suits you.

I'm starting to worry that there are no loyalist Hands. I want someone who actually enjoys working for Avadon!
The side quests are pretty darn fun considering that I can just power through them. Maybe I should have done them earlier!

My biggest gripe with Avadon 2 (just finished it yesterday) was that I was wanting more side quests and optional mega bosses.

Instabought purchase well spent.

6 years later. I know, it's a necro. But I was looking for info on the new class Tinkermage and saw your thread here.

Only question I have is what makes your particular Tinkermage an alcoholic?
