Hi,

I have finished the repairs of the house in Red Fighters; on a general level, it's okay. I'm just wondering why the bedroom looks like on the image below instead of having a bed in which she could actually sleep. (An activable bed would be welcome, if the developers read this. ;) )

Edit: okay attaching images doesn't work...

In theory you need to sleep outside in the house and not in the bunker :)
But an active bed which will give a endurance (or whatever) buff it is not a bad idea.
The devs are focused on Trudograd right now, so....
And besides I don't think they will make much for this game.
Only the Mods, if some modders want to do some things...
Speaking of which, after the kitchen was rehabilitated, the stove now works for cooking. However one still has to go outside to use the hand pump to fill water bottles. Wouldn't it have been a lot easier to just use the water faucet of the sink, right next to the stove, in filling water bottles?

Another thing, the former rescued slave girl whom you've agree to let come to work for you in your kitchen; wouldn't it be easier to just give her corn seeds and have her plant and harvest the corn crops? Also, why can't the player have the option to have sex with her?

The cows don't seem to be contributing anything. Did I miss something?

Yeah, there are some "unfinished" things in Red Fighter.
If this game was easily moded like Bethesda Fallout (Creation Kit) I bet that hundreds of mods where made to improve this location.
I made a mod (only for me) where the slave girl is a little bit modified to actually fight and not run away in battles.
And because is the only women companion (well not quite, because there is a mod Phenomenon which have a nice girl as companion) I keep it with me. So I don't let her in the bunker. :)

Yeah, there many little things like that that would need fixing. :)

I'd prefer the bed to just allow the player to sleep the same way they can do when they set up camp. And those beds should have been removed in my opinion.

The game is updated from time to time so maybe next time? :)

Yeah is updated from time to time because there wasn't another game. Right now with arrival of Trudograd they will be focused on this with upgrades, patches, you name it.
Like I said only the mods will improve RF more.
And I prefer to sleep (rest) outside because I can see when the caravan arrived. And to milk the cows :))

How do you milk the cows? There doesn't seem to be a way to do that.

You have to put an empty bottle in your slot and click on any cow in the game. Like how you doit with seeds to plant crops.
Oh, the same with collecting water.

Apparently, you can milk any cow; I just milked the one in Otradnoye... Nice to learn new things after playing this game for hours on end! :)

Thx for cow tip!

BTW, does the 'Lantern Battery' had any use in the game? It doesn't seem to be needed for anything?

Also, it's interesting that the building which houses my bunker is dark even though I have my own electric power. But oddly, the street lights outside are well lit in a supposedly abandoned town.

On a total aside, did anyone else notice that once Dunya and Sasha get to Red Fighter, she isn't wearing any panties under her dress? If you wake her up from sleep, as she gets up, she flashes the viewer with a wide open view. Oh, and she's embarrassed that she'd hooked up with you and ask that you never mention it again. I was kind of hoping there would be some replay value to that NPC, LOL...

Also, in Krasnoznamenny, any chance of hooking up with Sarah the fortune teller? Or, what about Dana, the Goat Cult woman, or the girl you convince to return to her father in the castle? In fact, I thought it would be a nice RPG angle if the player could wind up with a reputation like the guy that left plastic rings for his conquests.

Yes. When you craft TNT explosive.
There are miner helmets in Dead City which have lights attached to it. I wonder if battery are not required to use those lights.
I have 400+ hours in this game and every time I say that I go there to get some miner helmets, I forget and never tested or have them. LOL
No problem though, Dead City remains an area yet to explore :)

Ahh... thanks for the clarification. I was hoping that there might have been laser or pulse weapons like fallout, but I guess that's too much to ask.

I'm still trying to figure out if there's some way to get into that hole at the center of the crater with the zombies. You find a note that alludes to that. I've walked around the crater many times, looking for a rock to overturn that would reveal a tunnel of some sort.
